The sound quality is amazing- especially with headphones on, but more importantly, Guitar Rock Tour has personality! It’s in the dialogues, the way you sign your name rather than type, the music…it’s in the way that this game transforms you and has you humming the songs, hours after you’ve stopped playing. Gameloft has reached a level of awesomeness with Guitar Rock Tour that other games of its kind only dream of.
You can choose from 17 different songs and can opt to play the drums or the guitar. I personally prefer the guitar, but the drums are pretty cool too. It features popular songs like Beat it, Message in a Bottle, Smoke on water and Girlfriend. The game supports 6 different languages and 2 different playing modes (Quick and Tour). In tour mode, rock cities around the world with your musical talents and unlock more songs. Beware however, sucky playing will be greeted with boos from the audience and the tour may even be canceled! ….Come on, I was trying to play it on hard! Don’t judge me!!
Guitar Rock Tour is available for $7.99 in the App Store and is worth every penny, because trust me, this is the most fun you’ll ever have for 8 bucks!!
