   Hi there, I was looking through your “gallery”, to see if you had the theme, that I had, before my iPod bricked.

   The Mate Nano Theme seems like it, but the theme I had, had KINDA the Dusk Theme’s Youtube icon.

   I can’t remember the name, but could you please see if you got this one?

   John,

   I’ve added individual links to both the red&black new & revolver 2 theme now.

   The last one had a few broken items from the original zip archive and every other site I’ve tried that was offering a link to download it had the same problem. I guess if you really like it you could use missing stuff like Wallpaper.png from the original Revolver theme.

    Snerkler,

    Some Themes were created when the App Store didn’t even exist and this is why there aren’t icons for anything other than the Apple stock apps. Even the most recent themes released today only include icons for the most popular apps out there as it’s impossible to keep up. You have to keep in mind that Apple has passed the 50 000 Apps mark last summer released on it’s AppStore and with the hundred of apps coming out each day you just can’t keep up!

    Some authors update their themes from time to time but that’s far from the majority. You can always search on Cydia if there’s a more recent version out there…

    HI,
    Thanks for all these themes, they’re great. I have one question though. When I use the themes not all the icons change to the theme. Usually the only ones that change are those icons for the programs and apps that come preinstalled. HOw do I change it so that all the icons change?

    The problem is I have no idea of the source or even if the sunshine theme is still available on Cydia (have you made a search for it yourself on Cydia?).

    I have not been able to find it online neither anymore so sorry there’s little I can do at this time to help..

    Rename the “iconos” folder to “icons” to make it work as the author of the theme was obviously Spanish and didn’t think of translating in English.

    Sorry but it used to be on installer part of the MMiThemer app but it hasn’t migrated to Cydia so there’s little more I still got of that theme than the screenshot.

    Cydia offers quite a few customization options for the carrier logos, 3G or Wifi icons, etc.. Do a search in Cydia for “logo” or “carrier logo” and you’ll find a bunch of different replacement options from the stock ones.

    Wondering where I can get the theme called “shine” on this page (author maybe JELyon?). I’ve downloaded both of the .rar files and it mysteriously does not seem to be on there.

    This is a great way to view them all without going through the slow connection on my iphone. Thanks! I’m enjoying the “shut up and kiss me” theme right now

    I am not affiliated with rapidshare in any way. I just host my files there for free to cut down on server load problems and bandwidth costs. You don’t need a premium account to download any of the themes but you might have to wait 20-60 secs to be able to access them.

    Barry,

    Files you download are Zip or Rar archives. You will need respectfully winrar or Winzip to uncompress them.

    Once thats done just transfer the folder over to your iPhone.

    A few Apps are available to transfer your winterboard themes (or really anything you want) onto your iPhone:

    1.iphonebrowser install “OPENSSH” in cydia and look at the tutorial on comment #55.
    2. Diskaid Easy as can be but worth 10$
    3. iPhone Tunnel Suite Look here for instructions.

    Hello Jen,

    Sorry for the delay i have been away. You didn’t do anything wrong.. After taking a look the background image is missing from the pack and I can’t find it anywhere.

    Inside the zip there is a “Icons Folder” and should be the wallpaper file “Wallpaper.png” image (missing). What you can do is find another theme that has a suitable wallpaper, download it and and simply add it’s Wallpaper.png to the pack.

    There are a few ways Through SSH (assuming you use wifi) to do the same thing with a Mac. The most popular is with the use of FUGU

    JK,

    Each particular theme has a number of icons that were created for them. Unless the creator of the theme releases updates to include the latest popular apps coming out all the time(There are more than 50.000 now on the App Store) you’ll always be missing some.

    I suggest you chose a theme that doesn’t look awkward when original and modded icons are mixed together.

    Can you change the apps that you download to look exactly like the icons on a particular theme you have on you iphone 3GS? I have downloaded the Gold theme but all my apps come up in the colours etc they were when I got them……..

    I am looking for a theme that I had previously on winterboard before I lost my jailbreak.

    It was a series of 3d images that changed every hour or so, the screenshot I have of the theme shows a field with a footbridge running right through the middle and a sunset in the background (this being only one of about 8 images that rotated every hour)

    long shot but does anybody know of the name of the theme?.

    Ive got a screenshot but obviously cant post that on here.

    I am affraid I don’t have that exact same one anymore. It seems to be an old summerboard theme that’s dissapeared from the surface of the Earth. The closest thing is the Human Touch that you can still find in Cydia or download here.

    Or try e-mailing this guy to get it.

    You can do it from Cydia by going to “manage” and choosing “packages” then delete any you don’t like.

    It can also be done manually the same way you have put them on the iPhone by going to:
    /Library/Themes/(theme name)

    And deleting the themes

    1. First and Foremost you need to have Installed winterboard.
    For that Open Cydia, Click on ‘Search’ Then enter WinterBoard & install

    2. Installing Themes
    From Cydia Go to ‘Sections’ and browse all the way down to Themes

    3. Applying Themes

    Look for WinterBoard on your iPhone Homescreen & launch it.
    Tap a theme to checkmark it.
    Exit WinterBoard by pressing the Home Button

    A detailed guide can be found here

    How to install themes Manually:

    Download and install iPhoneBrowser.
    Connect your phone to your computer using the supplied USB cable.
    Extract the files on your computer using Winzip, Winrar or WinAce
    Launch iPhoneBrowser.
    Under Fimware 2.x/3.x Browse to /Library/Themes
    For Fimware 1.x Browse to Var > Root > Library > Summerboard >
    Select the folders of your choice and drag them into ‘Themes’ folder (right side blank pane) in iPhoneBrowser.
    Lauch Winterboard from your iPhone and activate the theme you wish to try.

    ** Alternatives to iPhoneBrowser are iPhone Tunnel Suite or DiskAid.

    Hello Sam,

    Though you cannot get the Red&Black (NEW) Theme individually it’s available and can be downloaded from the PART 2 (L to Z): http://rapidshare.com/files/163126180/Summerboard_Winterboard_iPhone_ThemesPART2.rar bundle pack I made available.

    Adding all the themes one by one is a slow process I haven’t finished yet.

    The Louie Mantia themes are rather old and I have no idea what source they are available anymore if any.. I would suggest you donwload and manually transfer it to your iPhone. Its found inside my pack:

    Hello BRIKZ,

    I have mixed together many icon/background themes to make my own little custom pack. It’s rather easy to do.

    1st there should be an “ICONS” folder somewhere in every theme zip you download.

    Start by Picking ONE theme you and before uploading it change the icons of your choice by simply overwriting the original ones with the ones you chose.

    For the background look for Wallpaper.png and Dock.png and change those. Alternatively you might even be able to change background from the iPhone itself.

    Thanks for all the great themes. I lost Space Camtessa on my last JB and I am glad i found it. I had it combined with ifrozen (or something like that) which i can’t find. But my question is: Is there a way to mix and match different icons within the themes. So i have the space background and the C6 Corvette icons used (for example). And how do you know which folder to ssh them to.

    And i guess in general how do you know which folders to transfer them to. Like for ipa apps i have downloaded as well.

    I currently have cydia for my jb apps. Is there another program or jb program that uses something else? I’m finding it a little of a pain to use. Mostly bc I’m used to iTunes, but I’m just wondering if there is something out there a little easier for us computer illiterate.

    Aqwoah 1.5 is what I have installed on my iPhone 2.x.

    I have transferred it manually and successfully loaded it. You kinda need to fiddle a little within the folder to chose your wallpaper if I remember but it does work perfectly.

     No I do not host themes on Cydia.

     Aqwoah and Chellaga themes are available as a individual one click download from this page. You just will need to transfer them manually.

     There is already a direct link to download the Aladar theme this post. The instructions on how to transfer it after with iPhoneBrowser are also featured.

     I do not know of the exact repository sources. Have you tried to add those in the list?

     Looking for the source for the “aladar theme” cant find it on cydia nor installer! How can i get it… (3g 2.1)

     I’ve just added a link to the Polaroid theme so you can download it:

     I am slowly adding a Download link next to each theme one by one but it obviously takes time. Done A to F already…

     Eventually I’ll get there.
