This cool little software adds a new drive to your computer and dynamically connects to iPhone using WiFi. Its called XPlay and costs $29.95.

Send music to iTunes and WMP
Do you use iTunes or Windows Media Player to organize your music library?
XPlay can help you populate your library by making it extremely easy to transfer or sync your music from your iPod to your library.
To send songs directly to iTunes or Windows Media Player, simply right-click a song or group of songs. A context menu will appear giving you options to send your music to iTunes, Windows Media Player or other areas on your computer.
XPlay will also allow you to sync items from Windows Media Player and Vista Media Center.
Mac or Windows
Windows just got a little smarter.
Thanks to built-in MacDrive technology, your Windows computer can now access both Windows and Mac-formatted iPods.
It doesn’t matter which you prefer, Mac or Windows, XPlay makes it possible to use either.
Photos

Looking for a way to actually manage your photos and not just sync?
XPlay gives you full control over your photos, making it possible to move single photos as well as multiple photos on and off any iPod including the iPhone and touch.
Click on the Photos folder and you can see everything on your iPod. Open the “Photos” folder and you can view “All Photos” on your iPod, or individual “Photo Albums”. To add your photos simply drag them into either folder or open the albums folder and drop pictures into a specific album.
Wish it was even easier? Just right click on any photo on your computer and you can “Send” that picture directly to iPod.
XPlay also gives you the option to save full-resolution photos on the iPod to move to another computer or view on a larger monitor.
Need a little space on your iPod? You can open the “All Photos” folder and view photos that are currently on your iPod, and remove photos to increase space.
Playlists

It is important to have the right mix of music for the right time, so we have made it incredibly simple to create playlists.
To create the perfect mix, right click the song or songs you want in a playlist and select the “Add to Playlist” option from the pop-up menu.
You can quickly create a new playlist or add songs to playlists that are currently on your iPod. Either way, making your own mix is just a click away.
