Another Jailbreak tool for all iPhones generations in the works with AppuloHa1l?

Rumors specify that AppuloHa1l will be an upcoming Jailbreak tool for any iPhone or iPod Touch generations generations on a Mac,Windows, or Linux.  Apparently appulo, jay, apple and Xavier of AppuloHa1l team have successfully developed a tool AppuloHa1l to jailbreak iPod Touch 3 and iPhone 3GS (OTB included).

In order to use appuloha1l (the jailbreak program) or ferociousbird (the 05.11.07 software unlock) you must install ha1ltunes.

What is ha1ltunes?

You know when you check for firmware updates through iTunes and it automatically shows you the new update (i.e. firmware 3.2.1 is available for download)? ha1ltunes intercepts that. ha1ltunes will not show that update message, instead it will show the update message with a download button pointing to the latest appuloha1l or ferociousbird download and jailbreak instructions. We know, many of you know not to update but new jailbreakers that use our tools don’t! In the future ha1ltunes will include a lot more useful features, but for now we’re rushing to complete our deadline.

There has been a lot of discussion going around that the new jailbreak tool AppuloHa1l is fake and will never be released by the team. But, the team have released a screenshot after jailbreaking iPhone OS 3.1.2. The screenshot looks real and not a photoshop work. Let’s wait for Sunday when the team releases the tool along with a video to jailbreak iPhone OS 3.1.2

The team is said to be working hard on automated jailbreak software that will jailbreak your iPhone 3GS and iPod Touch 3 with 1 click and less than a minute. For iPhone 3GS, and iPhone 3G, appuloha1l will detect that and let you create a custom firmware so you can keep your unlock.

The team will be carrying out beta testing on Friday and will release the iPhone OS 3.1 jailbreak tool AppuloHa1l on 11-Oct-2009 along with Ferociousbird (Soft unlock for iPhone OS 3.1.2).

    It’s possible to unlock iPhone 3.1.2 but only if your baseband has not been updated to 05.11.07 (which you have) so not at the moment. There’s nothing more that you can do and wait until someone finds the next loophole..

    is it possible? cause ma phone is not 3gs, its 2g on firmware 3.2.1 . m already jailbreak it with Blackra1n u told me. all i need is activate it! is there any solution at all? I don’t want to stuck here, or u tell me how to downgrade it back to firmware 3.0 again, my iPhone is now 2g firmware 3.2.1

    could i downgrade to 3.0 firmware? could it help? it’s an old baseband i think

    what should I do then? I can still receive phone calls n make calls……

    Its getting harder and harder to unlock as the firmwares are released. This is especially complicated for the 3GS!

    I suggest you be very careful in the future before upgrading again..

    Hello Dara,

    Blackra1n is a Jailbreak Tool that musn’t be mistaken for Unlock!

    1. Jailbreaking allows you to download themes and unauthorized apps.

    2. Unlocking a phone allows you to use it with another GSM network. This is what you will need to do to use the phone in Thailand.

    As of now there is NO SOLUTION to that. You’re stuck with an un-unlockable device, unfortunately, until someone finds an unlock for the new baseband.
