iH8Sn0w Announces Sn0wbreeze Beta For Windows

So yesterday saw the release of the much awaited Sn0wBreeze, a Pwnagetool-like port for windows created by iH8Sn0w. Unfortunately iH8Sn0w decided it would be a good idea to take Xpwn, a previous creation by the Dev-Team, and put a fancy new wrapper on it giving no credit to those who worked so hard on it.

Musclenerd made his views very clear via Twitter and also highlighted a very important flaw. Sn0wBreeze has the official Apple boot loaders embedded in it which is illegal according to copyright law.
This directly threatens the entire jailbreak community as it could give fuel to Apples case with the DMCA that Jailbreaking is illegal.
You may be saying that the Apple boot loaders have been around for a long time, but with previous tools, the onus has always been on the user to acquire the boot loaders, thus taking the copyright infringement away.
This news, as expected went down like a lead balloon within the community and most are turning their backs on iH8Sn0w and Sn0wBreeze.
On top of all this it seems that Sn0wBreeze is also fraught with bugs and has caused many users considerable issues forcing them to restore.
We suggest that anyone that has downloaded Sn0wBreeze does NOT attempt to use it. If you do you are directly breaking the law and could experience major issues resulting from the use of the tool.
Musclenerd has already stated that they are working on pwnagetool and redsn0w for 3.1.2. Our advice is wait it out guys.
